Warranty Information
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. We will pay for the return shipping cost, if the items you received were wrong or damaged. Please note, usually you would have to pay for the return shipping cost unless the return meets one of the following verified reasons: Received the wrong product, Item was damaged in transit, Item is defective. Please DO NOT return the package without applying for a return address. All packages returned without application will be destroyed, and we can not refund you the money. After we receive and check it, we would refund you in usually 3-5 working days. We need to check the packages, restock the items in good condition, and so on. If we could not find the returned packages and your tracking numbers show the packages have been delivered, we promise to refund in 10 working days.
