Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. We will pay for the return shipping cost, if the items you received were wrong or damaged. If we could not find the returned packages and your tracking numbers show the packages have been delivered, we promise to refund in 10 working days.
