Warranty Information
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. We will pay for the return shipping cost, if the items you received were wrong or damaged. Please note, usually you would have to pay for the return shipping cost unless the return meets one of the following verified reasons: Received the wrong product, Item was damaged in transit, Item is defective. Please DO NOT return the package without applying for a return address. All packages returned without application will be destroyed, and we can not refund you the money. If we could not find the returned packages and your tracking numbers show the packages have been delivered, we promise to refund in 10 working days. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
