Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. We will pay for the return shipping cost, if the items you received were wrong or damaged. If we could not find the returned packages and your tracking numbers show the packages have been delivered, we promise to refund in 10 working days. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
